This film tells the story of the battle between Chen Zheng and his two friends who protect the endangered giant python with a group of snake catchers who are only looking for profit. Chen Zheng, a special army veteran along with Zhou Xiaoxiao, a national snake data collector, and Ma Fen went to King Serpent Island to collect data. Unexpectedly, they met a sadistic group of snake hunters led by Jin Laosi. When the giant python lay eggs, the two groups fought desperately, in the end Chen Zheng and his group managed to leave King Serpent Island safely, while the ambitious Jin Laosi was swallowed by the giant python. Finally, King Serpent Island entered as a snake sanctuary.
